Schoental's Aksel Gordon

Our thoughts go out to Greg and Pam Gordon on the death of Aksel their beloved 6 year old Boxer. Born into Schoental's Championship bloodline, his mother Danika, being a show stopper, he was nothing less! Handsome and as sweet as could be, showing for a brief period, Aksel lived up to every bit of his family's name. Aksel had a pink elephant, "pink Ellie", that he had to have everywhere, so Mom always made sure to pack it on every show trip! He would often be teased for being a male dog with a pink Ellie but Pam always had his back saying that was his toy since he was a baby and he would have it! Aksel also loved playing jolly ball in the yard and taking walks at least once a day. Really he did believe he was a lap dog, and would often plop onto your lap. Born into their family bloodline was also a grand baby, Giselle, who adored Aksel and would keep him on his toes by often playing with him and cuddling him too. Aksel would wait for Pam to get home eagerly on the couch every day. He had a distinct wiggle butt that Greg would enjoy since Pam wouldn't always be so happy he would be coming home late from work, but Aksel was always excited to greet him! He loved any foods, especially what Mom had and when he got sicker and stopped eating, he would share everything she ate. Pam also slept downstairs with him to keep him company. Their king size bed, they joke was bought for the dogs and Pam and Greg barely have room to sleep, although they wouldn't have it any other way. Sweetest Aksel will be missed greatly by everyone in his family, but he leaves behind many cherished memories. Rest In Peace.
