Nala Myers

Our thoughts go out to Jessica and Scott Myers on the death of Nala, their 3 year old tuxedo cat.  Nala came to live with the Myers through their vet at Stoney Run who had a litter from their parents farm to find homes for.  Knowing that they had just lost their former cat, Hailey, the vet suggested they would be a great home for Nala, who was known as Petunia at the time.  The Myers agreed this kitten was adorable and welcomed her to live with them, however a name change was in order since they already had a Simba, Nala was the obvious choice.  Petunia would have been fitting though because Nala loved to lay in the flower pots that are scattered about the house.  She would relax in the pots and watch the birds.  Nala was a nervous kitty who would run and hide, but would occasionally allow holding and crave a tiny bit of affection.  Bun Bun the bunny was her best friend and the two loved to be in each other's company.  Nala will also be missed by Freya and Kol, both felines and canines, Bella and Jarrett and of course Jessica and Scott will forever remember dear Nala.
