Lady Enzo Ferrari Zamudio-Fidler Tribute

Our thoughts go out to Stan and Charlee Zamudio-Fidler on the death of Lady Enzo Ferrari their beloved 19 year old grey & white Domestic Short Hair kitty.  Adopted from a friend of Charlee's mother, always a petite little thing- Lady Enzo Ferrari was originally 'Enzo Ferrari' because they thought she was a boy. Come to find out, she was a girl so they added Lady which was quite fitting since she was snooty all her life, as she had to be, the only girl in a house of boys besides Mom! Her attitude never stopped her from always being a sweetheart, even through her sickness which included many ivs and many treats...that part she really liked. Lady Enzo learned to look forward to treat time, as the rest of the cats did too. They caught on when she got her meds, they would come running too & they weren't left out- everyone got treats! Lady Enzo Ferrari had many feline companions including a litter mate, Chino who was like her identical twin, he passed in 2016 as well as her deceased brother Murphee who passed in 2019. She is survived by Zipper, Youki, Strip and the newest addition- Squanchy. All of them miss her dearly already and have been looking for her, wondering why there is something off with the daily routine. Squanchy was particularly baffled that he did not receive treats in the morning and let Charlee know by giving her a dirty look and abruptly running off to the window for solitude. He wouldn't even look when she called him! Lady Enzo Ferrari knew she ran the household and let it be known by always directing Mom's attention to her, if she was having a nap on the couch, she was right there to cuddle and she always slept with Stan and Charlee. When Lady Enzo was a baby she would lie on their chests and suckle their ears. She loved to lay on your chest. Her delicacies were roast beef and burger meat which she had as her last meal, a Hardee's roast beef sandwich that she devoured the entire thing (minus the bread). In the later years of Lady Enzo Ferrari's life, when grandma came to visit, she would immediately become grandma's cuddle buddy and lay on her lap for hours. A loner that always did her own thing, all about Lady Enzo Ferrari..she will be greatly missed by her family but will always be remembered and hold a special place in the Zamudio-Fidler's hearts, as she was their first cat togeher- their first baby. Rest in peace sweet girl.
