Chancy Groft

Our thoughts go out to Sherry Groft on the death of Chancy, her beloved 15 year old Long Haired Chihuahua. Having gotten her name from the oh so common phrase "we are not getting another dog", Sherry's husband was not ready but as soon as Sherry saw Chancy, she fell in love. That was Chancy's way, she made everyone fall in love with her. She was so cute and her coloring was so unique- even the vets secretly claimed her as their favorite and you could tell when she came in for visits because everyone wanted to take care of her. So after 15 and 1/2  years, Chancy was a Groft family member through and through and a wonderful companion at that! She knew she was Sherry's even though she was a family dog, Sherry was her special person. Chancy's love and spirit wiill be greatly missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing her, but mostly- Mom. Rest in peace little girl.
