Libby Smith

Our thoughts go to the Smith family on the death of Libby, their 6 year old Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler mix.  Adopted as a stray puppy from the streets of Kentucky, she was the best dog from the beginning.  Named after Samuel's late aunt, Libby was obedient and protective.  She had one litter and she was a great mom.  She liked to run in the yard and she was a great rabbit chaser (and caught a few). She would bark at the door when she needed to go out or when she was hungry.  She loved meat and would eat mashed potatoes as well.  If she smelled meat in the crockpot, she would sit and lick her lips.  She was the perfect dog and she will never be forgotten.
