Hailey Jones Saia

Our thoughts go to Allison and Dan Saia and Mike, Holden and Harrison Jones on the death of Hailey, their 16 year old Corgidor.  Adopted at the age of a year, Allison had seen her online and had the chance to go and "see" her in person.  When they met, Hailey knocked her over and sat on her lap---they were inseparable ever since. Hailey loved people and she followed Allison everywhere.  She connected with her on a unique level, reading her emotions and bringing comfort when she needed it most. She loved cats and was bonded with the family cats that included Simba and Bella and then Flynn and Maggie.  She loved being outside and would lie in the grass and sniff the air.  She liked to go for walks but did not like the car as much.  She knew the sound of the refrigerator drawer that contained the cheese and would come running for special treats of cheese or carrots.  She had a sweet and gentle spirit that will never be forgotten.
