Our thoughts go to the Langkam family on the death of Gunner, their Labrador Retriever. Gunner was a loving member of the Langkam family for 11 years. He was a loyal sidekick to his dad Jamie and in his early years loved going to the job site with him and on truck rides. He enjoyed sneaking to lay in the creek as often as he could and annoying everyone when he was wet and smelly. He truly loved his 5 human siblings Zoey, Parker, Payson, Holden and Grady. He was a great protector to them and always laid by their cribs from the day they each came home. Gunner was very much a shared family dog. He was loved by all his aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and friends. He was a sweet spirited, big hearted, goofball. He enjoyed ripping up a good squeaky toy and loved to chase after a ball. He would bring back his slobbery ball and chase it until he couldn’t run anymore. Everyone who met him fell in love with his soft eyes and slobbery smile. His favorite treat in the world was bread, if you forgot and left the loaf out, he ate it wrapper and all! Rather he was playing with kids, chasing a four wheeler or ball, in the creek or on the kitchen floor, he was never far from his people. He was the true definition of loyalty and will sorely be missed by all who met and loved him.
