Bell Bauder

Our thoughts go to Alex Bauder on the death of Bell, her four and half year old domestic short hair.  Adopted as a kitten, someone had wanted to name her Mabel, but Alex preferred just part of that name, Bell.  Bell was attached to Alex, she was her person.  She loved and cuddled with her, but had a hard time with Garrett and others.  Alex worked from home and Bell came to work daily, preferring to sit on the keyboard and watching the printer to helping Alex. She purred and also became very vocal when she was trying to find Alex. She was very good with her claws and tried to open closed bedroom doors. She never ate people food, but she was excited to receive the occasional treat of canned cat food every once in a while.  Her sweet and loving companionship will be missed.
