Our thoughts go out to Judy & Carroll Kelbaugh on the death of Sambo, their almost 16 year old Yorkipoo. Sambo was the tiniest little black puff ball of fur as a puppy and he fit into the palm of even the smallest of grandkids hands. He loved to give little kisses from when he was that wee little puppy even into his old age when he was quite the bossy old man! Sambo barked when he needed something, fed, treats, to go out..he would let you know! He was small but definitely mighty and the boss of the house. Sambo was brother's with Buckwheat, his Cockapoo sister, who passed before him and he has missed and Spencer, his still living dog brother who will dearly miss him. Spencer took great care of Sambo in his elder age, as Sambo had warts he would try to help and bathe Sam (which ultimately did more damage than help!) cuddle him and if he was getting extra love and attention- even if told he could join, he would turn his head and let Sambo be pampered as the baby. Sambo brought joy and laughter to all in the family and could often be found cuddled up next to his mom on the couch or up on the recliner with his dad. Often if family was over or they were up late watching tv, Sambo would take himself to bed, sometimes even letting out a bark to let them know! Sweetest little Sambo will be greatly missed but will be greeted by all his family members in heaven, rest in peace baby boy.
