Diesel Akers

Our thoughts go out to Brandy and Darby Akers on the death of Diesel, their beloved 13 year old Boxer. Adopted together 1 year before Darby and Brandy got married from the Amish Farm in Lancaster, Diesel was quite the personality. Diesel loved to chase the laser pointer and admired and played with bubbles! He was super smart and could open the doors in the house easily! Since Brandy worked evening shift they had to come up with different ways to block the doors so he couldn't come in and wake her up! The barn door to the bathroom was the funniest because once he learned to slide that open he would help himself to the bathtub water by turning the knobs!! Sweetest and ornery Diesel will be greatly missed, but his memory will always live on.
