Ben Spalla

Our thoughts go out to Becky and Sam Spalla on the death of Ben, their almost 13 year old Puggle.  The Spallas got Ben from a farm in Glenville.  Sam was drawn to Ben’s bounce which was very high…right up to Becky’s nose.  In his younger days Ben would jump over the love seat that separated the living and dining room.  Ben grew mellow after a few years and would enjoy a cuddle, walks, eating and chewing.  True to the Beagle in him, Ben loved to be outdoors.  He was a vocal guy, and although he did not bark unless someone was on his property, he often whined and “talked.”  The Spallas are sad to have to say good bye to such an important part of the family and to a pet that brought them endless joy.
