This was our first experience with Loyal Companions and how we wish this wonderful, caring and professional service would have been available for all of our pets over the years. Losing our dear little Toby just shy of 13th birthday was devastating for us to say the least, but Loyal Companions and Kristin were so helpful, kind and understanding. Our experiences in the past were sort of cold and final. But not here, there was warmth and understanding and dignity for Toby and us. We appreciate all of the things that Loyal Companions does that have been missing in prior years in this situation, such as the obituary and being able to post his picture, nose print, paw print and his fur for a keepsake. Being allowed to choose his Urn and the wonderful note and picture we received yesterday in the mail. What a wonderful service you provide! Thank you doesn't seem to express enough how grateful we are for what you do. But thank Kristin you from the bottom of our hearts!
