Gus Weaver

Our thoughts go out to Sarah and Jeff Weaver on the death of Gus, their Bichon Frise/Shih Tzu/Poodle mix.  Adopted as a puppy, he was the first dog for this blended family.  He was smart and a fantastic snuggler, often being the confidant for Austin, Hunter and Shyanne as they navigated their teenage years.  He loved camping and boating and it became where the family could not mention the word "camping" or Gus would sit by the door. He did not like to swim and if he went on the water it was floating on top of a life jacket. He loved vanilla Frostys from Wendy's and would pick out the green apple blowpops and eat everything but the wrapper and the stick.  He was fairly quiet and did not know how to bark until a family member's dog showed him.  Sweet Gus Gus will never be forgotten.
