Strudel Fess

Our thoughts go out to John Fess on the death of Strudel, his 16 year old Mini Dachshund. Named after the German dessert, Strudel was a fantastic little girl. Adopted by John in Florida, she moved with him to Maryland. She was his first pet. She never liked other dogs but absolutely loved people. She also enjoyed barking at squirrels and chasing deer. She thought she was just as big as they were. Strudel had a huge personality in a tiny body. John will forever miss her.
